The figures provided are for estimation purposes only and should not be regarded as accurate indicators of your SMSF loan borrowing capacity or as pre-qualification for any SMSF home loan product. These estimates are based on the information you input into the calculator and rely on several assumptions, including:

• Loan Interest Rate: We assume the interest rate you enter will stay the same throughout the entire loan term, even if you choose:
  • A variable rate; or
  • An interest-only rate, which typically applies for a limited period before changing to a different rate.
• Annual Rental Income: We assume that a tenant will occupy the property for the entire loan term and that the rental income you enter will remain consistent throughout the loan term.
• Annual Salary: We assume the salary entered applies for the entire FY2024 and that our internal tax calculations are based on this assumption.
• Salary Sacrifice: We assume that the salary sacrifice amount is included in the Annual Salary field and that the entire amount entered is contributed to the relevant borrowing SMSF entity.
• Estimated Borrowing Amounts: The estimated borrowing amounts are based on current market conditions and our internal lending parameters. These amounts may vary if the same figures are entered at a different date and should not be considered a definitive indication of the allowable amount upon full application review.
