After an unfavourable review outcome with a lender our client came to us having been told by their bank that they had until September to find a new home.

With their loans secured by a mixture of commercial and residential property our client was obviously stressed and upset by the circumstances that they found themselves in.

Taking this and their security position into consideration within a week we were able to obtain a letter of offer for $3M of lending with 6 months of repayments deferred which the client happily signed.
