After an unfavourable review outcome with a lender our client came to us having been told by their bank that they had until September to find a new home.
With their loans secured by a mixture of commercial and residential property our client was obviously stressed and upset by the circumstances that they found themselves in.
After reviewing their situation we could see that they had reinvested heavily in R&D over a long period of time and their business had significant future upside.
